At Pix Plaza Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. Please take a moment to review our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for products and services.
New Products (Unopened)
We accept returns on new, unopened products within 14 days of purchase with RMA.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be in original packaging
- Unopened and unused and in sellable condition
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Merchandise Return Authorization (RMA) required
Refund Options:
- Original payment method
- Pix Plaza Studio gift card (store credit)
- Coupon of equal value for future purchases
Note: Returns past 14 days will not be accepted.
Open-Box or Used Products
All open-box and used items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.
- These items are tested and verified to be fully functional before sale.
- All sales on these products are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
We may offer (after receiving the restaurant and examining the product):
- A replacement item
- Store credit via gift card or coupon
- A full refund (in cases where replacement is not possible)
Please include a description of the issue and photos when reaching out.
Gift Cards & Coupons
- Gift cards and promotional coupons are non-refundable.
- Store credit issued as a refund does not expire.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
Custom Orders & Photography Services
All custom-made products, personalized items, and non-session photography services (including prints, edits, and restorations; excluding photo shoot sessions) are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and work has begun.
