Service Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and resources dedicated to preparing for your session. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellation Timeline & Refund Options
14 or More Days Before Session
- Refund: 100% of the booking amount
- Alternative Options: 100% value as a Pix Plaza gift card or rescheduling at no additional cost (subject to availability)
7-13 Days Before Session
- Refund: 75% of the booking amount
- Alternative Options: 100% value as a coupon or gift card
- Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling allowed with a $15 rebooking fee (subject to availability)
3–6 Days Before Session
- Refund: 50% of the booking amount
- Alternative Options: 75% value as a Pix Plaza coupon or gift card
- Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling allowed with a $25 rebooking fee
24-48 Hours Before Session
- Refund: No cash refund
- Alternative Options: 50% value as a Pix Plaza coupon or gift card
- Rescheduling: Not guaranteed; subject to availability and a $50 rebooking fee
Less Than 24-48 Hours Before Session or No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notice or request to cancel less than 24 hours before session will not be eligible for a refund, coupon, or gift card.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted via email at info@pixplaza.com or by phone to (228) 334-8000 (between 8 AM and 5 PM only). The request timestamp will determine your eligibility based on the above policy.
Gift Cards & Coupons
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Gift cards and coupons are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue
They are non-transferable and can only be used toward future photography services at Pix Plaza Studio
